Day in the life of a Kasa Program Associate

Delivering on Operations Projects: Own project execution end to end, overhaul SOPs, use AI to automate health checks and deliverables, scope product and tooling improvements.

Change Management: Own change management for rollouts to property and operations teams.

Data and Self-Review: Flag problems early, define success metrics, track outcomes and retros.

Experience

  • 2+ years operations, project coordination, or hospitality
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, not required

Your attributes

  • Generalist; change-ready; data-forward
  • Strong written communication
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Notion, Claude, Slack)
  • Travel-ready

Plus if

Hospitality operations or multi-property experience.
