Overview

AlertMedia is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for its risk intelligence platform. In this role, you will own a product area end to end, from discovery and roadmap to delivery and measurement, and work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver outcomes for customers.

This role is remote in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in Austin, Texas. AlertMedia does not hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, or the District of Columbia, and does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

What you’ll do

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of the AlertMedia platform.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, customer-focused product improvements.
  • Use customer research, market insight, usage data, and feedback to prioritize work and measure outcomes.
  • Work with customer success, sales, and marketing to support launches, adoption, and customer value.
  • Communicate plans, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders across the company.
  • Improve threat monitoring, alerting, and emergency communication workflows for organizations using the platform.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a SaaS product area.
  • Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and shipping products with engineering and design teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and customer research to guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A customer-focused approach and a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with risk intelligence, emergency communication, or safety-related products.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms used by large or distributed organizations.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or data-driven alerting products.
