While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

The Customer Success Team is a new team structure which is driving the world’s most customer-obsessed solutions across complex domains. We are at the heart of enhancing customer trust and experience at Coinbase, continuously evolving to propel Coinbase’s customer service into the future and address some of the most pressing problems our customers and the business face. We are seeking highly motivated customer success agents who are eager to make a significant impact on a mission-critical team at Coinbase. At Coinbase, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer support experiences and are looking for Customer Success Agents to join our team to assist customers with the product, service, and experience.

We are looking for talented individuals who are comfortable using and leveraging the newest technology and AI tools, and are eager to be part of an exciting new environment where we are making substantial investments.

Requirements

  • Experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots) in a professional setting OR a demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about the tools, including the ability to adopt responsible AI use alongside their human expertise and judgment in creating business-ready outcomes
