Description

This is role is for a high energy recruiter who brings lots of enthusiasm to recruitment on a data driven best practices basis.  Are you a Talent Acquisition Specialist that enjoys working with candidates around the world and whose focus is creating a positive and unique candidate experience while working closely with internal stakeholders?  If so, keep reading, because we have the right career opportunity for you.

Key Outcome: Timely Recruitment of High Skilled Talent

  • Work with Percona Hiring Managers to source and close A-player candidates for key roles.
  • All roles will primarily be remote work from home.
  • Operating hours are flexible due to potential candidates being across worldwide time zones.

Key Outcome: Be Data Driven and Use Metrics in decision making

  • The right candidate will be data driven including reporting metrics of “Time to Hire”, “% Organic Referral”, “% Passive Candidate” “Recruitment Cost/Hire”.
  • Metrics will drive a referrals based recruitment practice including from internal personnel, former staff, industry contacts, and other candidates.
  • Regularly work with hiring teams for weekly postings of coolest job openings as well as staying in contact with past and new referral sources (keep a very active and rich ATS).

Key Outcome: External Percona Branding

  • Serving as the first point of contact for candidates to experience and promote Percona culture.
  • Work with internal teams to make sure our external face (digital, community conference, highly read Percona blog, etc) attracts high quality candidates to our roles.

Key Effort: Interviewer Development

  • You will be a primary stakeholder in training and helping hiring managers and other interviewers do best practices in interviewing to help make the best hires.

Key Effort: System Administration

  • You will be our primary system administrator for our Lever Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and own our LinkedIn recruitment relationship.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting screening interviews.
  • Opening and closing requisitions.
  • Editing for accuracy & clarity the job descriptions that are written by hiring managers.
  • Work with Business Services, hiring manager and applicant to administer testing, if needed, and other screening best practices.
  • Coordinating between hiring manager, candidate, and HR to schedule and facilitate interview process.

Preferred Skills & Abilities

  • Proven track record of successful recruiting program coordination (5-7 years experience)
  • Experience with Lever (ATS) and BambooHR (HRIS)
  • Experience working remotely and internationally
  • Knowledgeable of the Open Source industry or Open Source database technology
  • Experience with using Who: the A-Method of Hiring

Location:  Remote / work from home opening with ability to work AMERs hours.

Remote work from home openings require consistent and strong internet access.

HQ is in Durham, NC USA.  Staff members should be available if there is a need for any onsite trainings and/or events at any time.
