This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to big ideas and thrives alongside a visionary, fast-moving leader.

This is not a traditional administrative role. The right person will act as a follow-through anchor โ€” tracking details, closing loops, and helping ensure important tasks move from idea to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
  • Proactively follow up with team members and external contacts
  • Anticipate needs and address issues before they become problems
  • Support execution while the CEO focuses on strategy and growth
  • Maintain clarity and momentum in a fast-paced environment
