Overview

Twilio is looking for a Technical Program Manager in Programmable Voice to deliver on product and systems goals across teams towards next generation cloud-based communications.

  • You have the leadership and diplomacy skills to facilitate work across several collaborative teams, ultimately to deliver the APIs and services for Twilio’s Voice platform
  • You think at scale, bringing a cross-organizational collaborative focus on the software development lifecycle, to define, implement and execute on methodologies from design, testing, deployment, and operations
  • You have breadth of experience to define processes, tools and automation to ensure teams work together toward common goals for scalability, reliability, quality, supportability, and compliance
  • You bring a depth of experience for complex distributed systems in a cloud environment
  • Most importantly, you have the desire to collaborate across teams to build, test and operate services at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience including relevant experience with software development lifecycle and processes
  • 3+ years in a program management and/or leadership engineering role with complex distributed systems projects
