To further this mission Zendesk is seeking a proven, quota-carrying Strategic sales lead to help us grow our BPO and revenue base by targeting key Enterprise Accounts through BPO’s across the EMEA region. This contributor will be the key driver of strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives to an account mix of existing enterprise clients and new logo opportunities. Must be capable of forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.

This position is based out of our London office; however, you have the ability to work remote as well. You will work in conjunction with Zendesk’s EMEA sales team and report to our VP of Sales and work with our growing team to drive revenue in your region.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and take the BPO partner programs we’ve built to market in EMEA.
  • Work with existing and new logo BPO to drive incremental revenues.
  • Negotiate complex deals, build the go-to-market plans to drive revenue and volume
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison between the BPO and Zendesk sales, develop market initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
  • Work with our sales team to enable partners to drive revenue across all business lines
  • Work with regional field and channel marketing teams to fund partner-led campaigns and demonstrate return on marketing investment.
  • Build a regional plan to enable partners to sell, implement and support Zendesk.
  • Get paid for it. This is a quota-carrying position.

Requirements: 

  • 6+ years of Strategic SaaS/Software sales experience selling Customer Support, CRM, ERP, or similar business applications
  • Knowledge of the unique business opportunities and solutions within the Enterprise and BPO account space
  • You have experience working with regional BPOs, system integrators, technology companies or resellers.
  • Proven history of selling Enterprise level SaaS/Software solutions
  • Account planning and execution skills
  • Experience working at a (Cloud/SaaS/On-demand/on premise) provider
  • Ability to sell to VP and C-Level and across multiple business units
  • A proven track record of driving and closing large enterprise deals. Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
  • You have proven your ability to build successful partnerships somewhere else.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
