Sonnera is the consulting arm of an international holding group based in New York which operates on a remote basis globally. We’re a small, nimble and intelligent consulting shop with both big and little ideas that work. With proven success as entrepreneurs ourselves, we know what it takes to win. We specialize in finding the shortcuts that get the job done — fast, with minimized cost and hassle, and with the flexibility to handle inevitable change.
We are looking for a high-level VP of Global HR to set overall company and job specific talent acquisition strategies for each portfolio company, as well as to turn the group into a highly desirous company to work for that attracts the best candidates.
- Design intelligent and creative recruiting strategies for job vacancies
- Build team of recruiting resources, including contract headhunters, and manage them ongoing
- Make sure we are hiring the right people (testing, advanced screening, etc)
- Set up automation systems and process with HR tools and software
- Build high-performance HR management culture for existing staff and corporate management policies
- Design, manage and optimize HR branding

We are only looking at the highest caliber candidates – high intelligence, experience with start-ups and nimble company environments, experience with setting up automation systems and process with HR tools and software etc.
Position is fully remote and open to senior HR leaders who have managed HR teams in the past. You should have ample experience working at small companies who operate in a fast-paced and nimble environment. If you speak other languages such as Russian, this would be an asset.
The role is full-time permanent.
