We are looking for two world class Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to help find the best talent out there so that we cultivate the best learning environment for our students. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various department managers and VPs to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Develop unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
  • Build effective and efficient pipelines with top talent across the US
  • Our culture is top notch!  Ensure this remains a focus along with candidates’ skillset
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely and efficient manner
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs; discuss obstacles
  • Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience with touch points throughout
  • Work with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
  • Drive the overall social media strategy set forth
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting for roles across corporate infrastructure, physical infrastructure, and engineering is a huge plus!
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Must have knowledge around cloud computing, Linux, and development languages
  • Must be available to travel occasionally (2-4 times per year)
  • Experience with Lever ATS a plus!
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
