About the Team

You’ll be an embedded member of our platform team and help them build a strong platform that helps our customers succeed. You’ll be working side-by-side with a PM, Product designer, and data scientist to identify opportunities for the engineering team to build and for you to launch in the market. As an embedded team member your role is to collaborate closely with the platform team and lead all their GTM efforts. You’ll report directly to our Head of Product Marketing and partner with the rest of our product marketing team to help our organization stay aligned across our multiple product areas.

About the Role 

To improve our developer ecosystem we need a Senior Product Marketing Manager to dive in with our partnerships team as they explore different opportunities for growth. The role will be directly embedded with the partnerships team and work closely with our business development, PM, data science, and engineering teams to support their communication needs as they build out an ecosystem for our developers and customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the product team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that grow integration and developer ecosystem adoption
  • Manage project initiatives end to end, leveraging relevant data to set the strategy, collect user insights, manage stakeholders and coordinate business, services strategies, and communications and measure overall business impact of proposed changes
  • Execute pilot tests including onboarding testers, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating outcomes against success metrics
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our product, integrations and how they solve problems for customers and prospects
  • Liaise with other partner teams to drive alignment and provide insights, training, collateral, tools, and activation plans needed for future growth
  • Work with customers and developers to capture in-market feedback and build an internal understanding of how our products are used and which are not
  • Work with our teams to build case studies and technical documentation that help drive app creation in our ecosystem
  • Develop value-based messaging and positioning that communicates how Typeform integrations uniquely solve audience problems and bring the story to life through collateral, web content, use cases, videos, presentations, and more
  • Work closely with content marketing, acquisition, and demand generation teams to develop effective campaign messaging that will drive developers to our platform
  • Own the creation of incentive systems that will drive growth in our developer ecosystem.

About you

Here’s what we’re after

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing
  • You have experience with leading research, product positioning or marketing programs
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup.
  • You have a proven track record in establishing a community for developers
  • You have experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
  • You have Growth Marketing Experience
  • You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
  • You demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
  • You are proactive
  • You are open to feedback
  • You are based in the United States

It’d be amazing if you also have:

  • Experience working in a B2B company
  • Experience working with Looker and/or Amplitude
  • A background in a successful sales organization pitching directly to customers
  • Familiar with JBTD theory
