Overview

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone.

We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.

After starting as a prepaid card, our product has grown into a bank account with Monzo. With our hot coral cards and a get-paid-early feature, our customers have praised the simplicity of Monzo and its many benefits.

We’re not about selling products for the sake of it. We’re all about helping our customers reach their financial goals. We build products that simplify everyday banking and help our customers make the most of their money.

We’re looking for several Senior Product Marketing Managers (SPMMs), to join at an exciting time and bring strong product marketing leadership and craft to Monzo.

At Monzo, Product Marketing sits at the intersection of product, growth, and creative. It’s an opportunity to work in a collaborative team that sits at the heart of Monzo’s product organisation.

This is a senior individual contributor role that will set you up for success, with an abstract work scope that’s broad, high impact and highly visible.

Where You Could Join

Core is the foundation, the product that’s always there when needed, instantly familiar, safe, and designed to be the smartest, most intuitive way to make money work for our customers.

Borrowing will help our customers achieve their goals. From Flex, Monzo’s new BNPL product, to Loans, Monzo’s next generation of lending products and beyond.

Wealth helps our customers reach their life goals and retirement dreams, instead of just saving for them. It’s an exciting time to be part of the team with our products including Pensions, Investments, Savings and more.
