The Match Group Central Platforms Technology and Services team is on a mission to create safer platforms and communities for all. The growing Central Platforms team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to execute the product roadmap for Match Group’s central safety toolset. The ideal candidate has experience in the trust and safety space building tools that support moderation and operations workflows.

In this role you will:

  • Lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the performance of our central safety tools.
  • Clearly communicate the vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders; ensuring alignment with the company-wide trust & safety objectives.
  • Create product specifications with clear business justification, product requirements, and user flows that speak to the safety needs across the entire portfolio.
  • Coordinate and prioritize updates with portfolio-wide product and engineering teams.
  • Provide internal training to trust and safety leads on how to utilize the tools.
  • Collaborate with Match Group stakeholders across the globe to align on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of Operations & Moderation teams, while solving underlying safety concerns.
  • Partner with Analytics to identify metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iteration.
  • Assess emerging safety products to measure potential value to the organization. Provide recommendations for new technologies; support third-party vendor communications, evaluations, and integrations.
  • Grow with the Match Group Central Platforms team by supporting internal initiatives to uplift our people, processes, and presence.

We could be a Match if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience in an agile environment, experience in Trust & Safety tooling preferred.
  • Experience supporting business-critical systems for multinational customers at scale.
  • Expert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Ability to structure problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems. Experience developing processes for sharing information and insights across large organizations.
  • Experience working with third party technology providers.
  • Equal comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers; ability to tailor the message appropriately to the audience.
  • Ease with building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and perseverance in complex and constantly evolving environments.

$146,500 – $176,000 a year

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Denver, or Dallas. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
