As a Sr. Product Manager, Business Operations you are passionate about understanding the customer behavior, expectations and perspectives while constantly delivering business value and customer success. You employ empathy as a design tool, seeking first to understand your customer’s needs and co-creating solutions with your peers, stakeholders and user community ultimately developing a comprehensive product vision and strategy.

Your strong interpersonal skills working with various-cross functional partner teams – Workplace Resources, Legal, Finance, People, Enterprise Architecture, Service Delivery Teams, Project Managers, and Operations teams enable you to be a change agent. As a Product Manager at Mozilla, you will…
- Develop and champion a product vision, product strategy and product roadmap in support of company & IT goals and objectives and clearly articulate product strategy to leadership.
- Develop customer-informed product vision and strategy that support Mozilla and IT objectives using user research and design thinking methods
- Develop a product roadmap that excites customers and the Mozilla leadership team, using data and community building methods
- Own the product discovery process by leveraging User Research and Design Thinking principles to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
- Specify, prioritize and communicate high level and detailed product specifications using written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases.
- User experience generated deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes and design documents.
- Manage partner relationships, identifying necessary and/or desirable third-party features; evaluating and selecting vendors, manage integration dependencies, secure necessary engagement / resource alignment for the creation of co-developed product features.
- Partner with service delivery and project management during implementation; be available to quickly answer questions that arise during implementation and to make prioritization and scope tradeoff decisions.
- Coordinate launch & post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that operational processes dependent on the feature successfully complete acceptance testing
- Manage the development of training materials and train users on new product features, support business users and manage close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer/user comments and needs into better product experience.
Your Professional Profile
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, drive, independence, and flexibility with excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Must have a deep passion for data and its applications to business
- Analytical approach to problem solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
- Strong ability to inspire engineering teams. Knowledge and experience with agile development process a must
- Experience managing cloud based technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced agile environment technology companies or business units
