Job summary

The Red Hat Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager for cross-product integration. In this role, you will work across Red Hat’s entire infrastructure portfolio, including our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), container, and management products. Your goal will be to guide product integration based on sound and nuanced customer use cases. You’ll help define the overall integration and go-to-market strategies while getting inputs from customers, analysts, the open source community, and internal stakeholders to promote the delivery of innovative solutions to market. You will also define personas, use cases, and market-based requirement product solutions for enterprise-level products. Finally, you will influence product teams’ roadmaps to include integration requirements.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Gather suite and solution use cases across multiple Red Hat products based on competitive analysis, customer interviews, and partner inputs
  • Document and promote persona, user stories, and business cases as part of the product specification and socialization process
  • Influence and collaborate with other product managers to align their roadmaps to ensure suite andΒ solution success
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering to determine product priorities, plan product releases, and maintain product roadmaps
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop positioning and go-to-market strategy; act as an evangelist to inform and educate the product’s user community
  • Maintain solid relationships and stay in regular communication with Sales, Professional Services, Quality Engineering, and Customer Support teams

Required skills

  • 5-10 years of experience as a product manager for enterprise software products
  • Experience in Infrastructure software including virtualization, container, private cloud, cloud management platform, and storage
  • Prior success in influencing cross-product integrations is a major plus
  • Proven track record for influencing others without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
