We are a fast-growing startup that is reimagining how healthcare staffing works, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us design the future of healthcare work.
About the role
As a Senior Product Designer at Clipboard Health, you will own end-to-end design for key parts of our marketplace, from discovery and research through to polished, shipped experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to understand the needs of healthcare facilities and professionals, and you will turn those insights into intuitive, beautiful products.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end product design for core marketplace experiences, from discovery to delivery.
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to define problems and ship high-quality solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas clearly.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and uncover opportunities.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scale.
- Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve outcomes for facilities and professionals.
- Help raise the bar for design quality across the company.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in marketplace or consumer products.
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end work and measurable impact.
- Deep skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience with design systems and designing for both web and mobile.
- Strong collaboration skills and clear communication with cross-functional partners.
- A user-centered mindset and a bias for shipping and learning.

Additional information
