This candidateโs core responsibilities will be growing InVisionโs self serve SaaS business through lifecycle marketing and owning the marketing automation function at InVision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a world-class marketing automation organization at InVision, driving email best practices and scalable processes
- Use email marketing to engage our database of 5M (and growing) contacts with timely, relevant and valuable content that is representative of the InVision brand and culture
- Use product onboarding and triggered campaigns to increase the number of Monthly Active Users on the InVision platform
- Increase usage of all of InVisionโs products and feature discovery by the right users at the right time
- Research and understand the customer journey to drive activation, retention, and upgrades
- Collaborate closely with marketing analytics, marketing operations, content marketing and product growth team to drive key initiatives
- Maintain and enforce email deliverability best practices, including an exceptional sender reputation and clean IP
- Track KPIs and measure performance of campaigns and experiments
- Stay in the know about email marketing best practices

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experience creating and executing marketing automation programs
- Demonstrated success leveraging lifecycle marketing techniques to drive product usage and conversions
- Strong understanding of product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and user lifecycle platforms (Braze, Autopilot, etc)
- Expertise with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) and email best practices
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company (e.g., Slack, Dropbox, Atlassian)
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, online marketing, A/B testing, product marketing, and predictive marketing tools
- Balance of creativity and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong appreciation and understanding of design (design skills a major plus!)
- Able to prioritize and juggle many projects
- Nice to have: understand SQL, HTML/CSS, Optimizely
