GoDaddy is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday to join our dynamic, growing team as we build world class Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll platforms. You will help us integrate, streamline, optimize and align our processes as we expand our global presence and grow our employee base. You will be a key player in creating an amazing digital experience for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting support for functional and technical production issues, including coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security). Collaboration will be both in-person and virtual/remote so demonstrated experience in both is important.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to build reporting (basic and advanced – calc fields/all reporting types)
- Assist in researching new capabilities within Workday.
- Work closely with other Workday technical resources to ensure continuous improvement of integrations and perform integration troubleshooting and minor enhancements.
- Manage Workday functional ticketing queue to ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
- Manage Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately.
- Support regression testing and introduction of required changes as new Workday releases are introduced.
- Responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of global data.
- Run frequent EIB’s (Enterprise Interface Builder – File Import/Exports) across all functional areas of the application.
Requirements:
- BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with HR related technologies as a technical / functional expert with a clear functional understanding of core HR and Payroll business practices, processes, and terminology and the ability to develop solutions to address business problems and requirements is required.
- Experience in at least one (1) Workday implementation or equivalent Workday experience is required.
- Strong Payroll and HR experience is required.
- Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) is preferred.
- Occasional ability to travel which could include an overnight stay is required.
- Understanding of HCM Core, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation and Performance.
