We are hiring an Sr. Event Customer Experience Coordinator to assist our marketing events team by giving concierge support to our attendees and speakers.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to get elbow-deep in all aspects of marketing, ready to roll-up their sleeves, and be a key player in the success of a fast-growing company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of customer service or events experience a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self direct and self motivate (remote office)
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Experience with high volume email inbox
  • Experience with international invoicing preferred
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Remote work experience a plus

You have a can-do attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team and work together to find solutions to issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming customer communications
  • Invoice creation as requested
  • Registration platform administrative tasks
    • Including but not limited to the following:
    • Adjusting attendee information, manage cancellations, performing refunds, sending confirmations and registration page creation, creating and distributing discount codes
  • Project coordination for several event vendors
  • Vendor contract addendums
  • Manage and mitigate all customer complaints and issues
  • Obtain feedback from customers as needed
  • Speaker coordination
    • Including but not limited to the following:
    • Coordinating travel
    • Coordinating supply lists
  • File folder management for marketing events team
  • Template management
  • Tactical and administrative tasks as assigned
