We are looking for someone with a true love of travel and a welcoming approach to travelers who thrives on keeping things organized and supporting colleagues. If this sounds good, you’ll have a great time with us.

In this position, you work to support sales colleagues by organizing information and managing processes primarily related to group reservations. We provide high-touch, white glove airfare booking service for individuals and group travelers referred by various business to business (B2B) partners for international travel. Our partners include high-end safari and tour operators as well as companies that specialize in complex international travel for large groups. This is a sales-support and customer service position with the potential for growth into a Groups Manager role.

Use your organizational skills and ability to multi-task to keep communication clear with our biggest group travel partner. Use your critical thinking and project planning skills to help us improve our processes. Β Talk directly with partners and their travelers to book flights. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with partners to ensure excellent customer service for their travelers and staff.

To do this job well, you must learn how to use modern travel agent tools (we use the Amadeus GDS) and also learn the details of international airfare for getting the best quality and price for flights. We will help you train via classes and on the job training.

If you have experience managing customer information, event coordination, administrative organization or have worked as a travel advisor, we want to hear from you!

  • Strong organizational skills are essential for this role
  • A minimum of 1 year recent customer service experience is required.
  • Account management and account growth experience is a distinct plus.
  • You have initiative, like to learn new things, and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
  • We use Amadeus and world-class custom-built tools.
  • You interact with travelers and partners via phone, email or online.
