We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst who will play a key role in helping InVision make great decisions, manage, and execute on compensation programs for our customer-facing teams.

The successful Analyst will:

  • Assist in the creation of the annual Sales compensation strategy and philosophy that develops and positions each year’s sales compensation programs
  • Own and administer the compensation tools to ensure accuracy and visibility of reporting and tracking for the salesforce
  • Build a range of models, forecasts, dashboards, and plan design recommendations to account for global Sales compensation programs, budgets, and tools
  • Develop, implement, and communicate all sales incentive plans and own related compensation training modules to the sales force
  • Partner with leaders across Finance, People Operations, and Sales to advise on policy recommendations for policies regarding new hires, promotions, transfers, job matches, job leveling, and job families
  • Advise all Sales employees and managers about any sales compensation related questions
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Sales management to analyze global pay ranges and structures to ensure market competitiveness and support of overall compensation strategy

Skills/Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of sales compensation plan design, administration, and market analysis
  • 3+ years of working experience with a minimum 2 years of sales compensation experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Adaptive, Excel, Salesforce, Xactly, and Zuora
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex data sets
  • You are an expert at analyzing and modeling large data sets in Excel and Business Intelligence tools
