Rype is hiring a badass Full-Stack Software Engineer who has experience working at early-stage startups, know his/her Ruby on Rails (and React.js) skills inside and out, and understands the value of iterating fast.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GOOD FIT
- You are very familiar with Ruby on Rails, React.js and have at least 2+ years of experience.
- You’re able to deliver on project timelines, with the ability to lead a team of engineers in the future
- You have experience working remotely. Communication is key in a distributed team, and you can keep the team up-to-date with project updates, issues, and more.
- You have the skills and habits to grow to working independently within your first 6 months.
