As the newly created role as a Remote-First Employee Experience Manager, you will be driving out-of-the-box global initiatives and programs to ensure we provide the best level of employee experience in our remote-first environment. As we shift to operating in a remote setting, this role is critical in ensuring we bring in new elements and creative ways of working while providing different ways of support to our employees. This position is full time, remote within the United States, and will report to the Chief People Officer.

You will:

  • Assess, define, and present the next generation of employee benefits, platform, tools, and amenities that suit to our remote first strategy
  • Create a new onboarding process to meet the needs of all remote employees and their experience as a new hire
  • Identify high potential areas of development/improvement from a remote-first perspective through data, research, feedback and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the People Business and Talent Acquisition partners to create enriching programs that define a remote-first employee experience
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with eteam, business and People leaders to influence the people strategies and drive fast decisions and implementation
  • Research and assess best practices driven by high-tech/start up companies

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years of work experience in People, Business Partner or program management in a People function/organization
  • Outstanding written and communication skills; must be an articulate communicator with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • Ability to create and implement programs from scratch and measure the effectiveness of those programs
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a heavily matrix and fast paced environment with keen attention to detail
  • Effective in coping with and managing through change. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Bias for action – not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
