What will you do?   The Project Manager (PjM) role is a domain aligned project management leader, in the Data Insights Domain. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you are responsible for the successful execution of one or more projects at a time, providing guidance, coaching, and project leadership. You are responsible for ensuring the project team works on the highest priority tasks, removing risks and impediments, and leading the communication with the customers. By mentoring and influencing, you will drive the highest quality and the strongest sense of customer focus on each project.

The PjM:

  • Demonstrates delivery leadership by ensuring projects are well-managed, predictable and profitable while enabling our customers’ digital transformation journey
  • Is accountable for leading project/program delivery, staffing project resources and maintaining on-track financials, schedules and managing risks
  • Executes within a formal Statement of Work (SOW) to accomplish process & outcomes on time, on budget & to customer specifications via Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) to ensure high delivery quality & project/program adoption by customers
  • Drives predictable customer experiences with tangible outcomes
  • Onboards staff, plans, leads and manages daily activities of all project resources, including subcontractors, and provides status reports and communications

Who are you?

  • Part leader, part mentor, and part consultant, you will have a mix of project management and consulting skills, along with a passion for technology
  • You have a background in delivering and ideally selling complex technology solutions and services to a variety of enterprise clients
  • You have a PMP certification or can make a commitment to getting one within 18 months; additional certifications are a plus
  • You have strong business acumen coupled with an affinity or appreciation for technology and the advancement of technology in thriving organizations
  • You’re confident at building relationships, working and communicating with internal stakeholders and customers
  • You have demonstrated effectiveness in leading teams (when you lead, do people follow?)
  • You have excellent oral and written communications skills, including strong executive presence at the CXO level
  • You have the ability to identify risks before they occur and to develop mitigation and avoidance strategies
  • You preferably have consulting experience, although not required
  • You are a demonstrated self-learner

Requirements

  • 2+ years delivering and/or selling solutions
  • 2+ years customer solutions, business development or delivery experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft platform or equivalent product experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • Able to travel
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
