TR Legal Tracker is a leading provider of legal workflow solutions to corporate legal departments worldwide.  Tracker is a SaaS application and is the No. 1 ranked matter management and e-billing system among corporations and firms, providing the data and analytic tools to enable legal departments to efficiently track, control, manage, analyse, and report on legal activities worldwide.

Location: Remote position that can be located anywhere in the continental US. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in Legal Operations best practices
  • Lead client engagements and deliver exceptional client service
  • Meet with clients on a periodic basis to review project progress and to ensure the solution aligns with their expectations
  • Facilitate client workshops to enhance the usage of Tracker
  • Formulate and implement recommendations and solutions for workflow improvements related to Tracker use
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations for both potential engagements and during the course of all customer engagements
  • Ensure the customer receives the assistance needed to implement the recommended solutions
  • Work with cross functional teams in management of client relationships
  • Plan and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Act as primary PS regional owner for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in driving and achieving Professional Services revenue and organization goals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of practical experience in business process analysis, process re-engineering and development and project management
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50%

Preferred:

  • JD or MBA
  • Project management skills with ability to lead engagements and deliver results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Focus oriented with experience in implementing SaaS based applications
  • Disciplined in best practices around SaaS based solutions consulting
  • An ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • A practically minded consultant that brings analytical traits to the organization and operates within a framework that utilizes well defined Professional Services metrics
