Rainforest’s platform gives customers a place to manage their test cases, execute those tests against our crowd of human testers, and then consume reporting about their testing all in one simple web UI.

Weโ€™re looking for an experienced, motivated, and team-oriented Product Manager to help us define the product features and user experiences that will take Rainforest QA to the next level.

As a Product Manager at ย Rainforest you will be responsible for helping to better understand the needs of our different customer personas, ย define the product roadmap, plan and prioritize sprints, and launch new features.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Work closely with leaders across the organization to drive the definition, development, and adoption of key product features
  • Collect and analyze business and customer feedback and synthesize into product requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback and validate the technologies youโ€™ll be developing
  • Work on exciting new features including Rainforest 2.0, mobile development, and AI based features and products currently in development
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers eager to contribute to the development of new product features

What weโ€™re looking for

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a product management role, ideally at a B2S SaaS company
  • Experience and knowledge of QA technologies, tools, and methodologies including automation and manual testing
  • Experience working within a well-defined and managed release process and with remote teams
  • Proven history of working collaboratively with cross- functional teams to drive product innovation
  • Passion for excellent customer experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with audiences both technical and non
  • Success in managing projects and meeting timelines
  • Data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving
