About the role

The Platform Business Partner will help grow and support SafetyWing’s platform partnerships. You will work with partners that embed SafetyWing products in their own platforms, coordinate launches, and build long term relationships that expand access to global health coverage. This is a permanent, full time, fully remote role. Working hours should fall within UTC+0 to UTC+6, and the role is based in Europe for this listing.

What you will do

  • Own day to day relationships with platform partners and act as their main point of contact at SafetyWing.
  • Support partner onboarding, product launches, and go to market plans with partners.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, operations, and support teams to deliver partner projects on time.
  • Track partner performance, share updates and insights, and identify opportunities to grow usage.
  • Help partners resolve operational issues and improve the experience for their users.
  • Contribute to playbooks, partner materials, and processes that scale the partnerships programme.

What you will bring

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with external partners and internal teams.
  • Experience managing multiple partners and projects in a remote, distributed environment.
  • A structured, proactive approach to tracking progress, solving problems, and following through on commitments.
  • Comfort working across time zones, with working hours within UTC+0 to UTC+6.
  • Interest in global mobility, remote work, and health insurance for distributed teams.
