Overview

Bustle.com is a new force in media: a news, entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion site for young women driven by a diverse and energetic collection of contributors.

What we have in common with each other and our readers is that we’re insatiably curious about the world. We care about what’s working and what isn’t, about fashion, politics, technology, diversity, books, celebrities, health, beauty, work, friendship, and how to make amazing food on a budget. These are the stories we deliver every day in a format that’s always getting better, quicker, and more engaging.

Bustle is looking for several photo interns who can begin ASAP. Interns will work directly with the Deputy Editor on photo research for the site.Β Applicants should be current students or recent grads with some photo or research experience. Interns will work on a specific photo research project rather than assisting with photo editing, shooting, etc. Please make sure you are interested in a position like this as this is not a traditional photo internship.

Please note: this is a project-based freelance internship. We can be flexible with hours and days worked per week, but a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.Β Interns may work remotely or from NYC.

Bonus points for a working knowledge of photo editing/photo rights.
