Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager who is passionate about creating a seamless and delightful employment experience for our completely distributed workforce. You will hone your project management skills as you own multiple projects to support the scale of a world class people function while providing top notch customer service to our employees and managers. Responsibilities

  • Own implementation & ongoing support of HRIS system and integrations with other people systems (ATS, Performance Management, Engagement survey tools, etc)
  • Provide generalist support and own other HR areas such as benefits, immigration, leaves of absence, HR standards and programs
  • Assist in development of global employment practices to healthcare package and international office culture
  • Assist with people team compliance standards and practices
  • People data reporting and analytics

What does it take to succeed?

  • Strong systems & analytical background but a true generalist willing to pitch in wherever help is needed on the people team
  • Experience implementing and owning Paylocity or equivalent HRIS system
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with a passion for change and continuous improvement
  • Experience in high growth startup environment
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver and a highly organized task master
  • Passion for supporting our customers (the employees) and communicating people programs effectively
  • 3+ years HR generalist experience required
