We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator who is passionate about creating a seamless and delightful employment experience for our completely distributed workforce. You will hone your project management skills as you own multiple projects to support the scale of a world class people function while providing top notch customer service to our employees and managers. Responsibilities
- Help create an incredible employee experience by own onboarding and offboarding tasks for an ever growing employee population around the globe
- Be the go to person on the People Ops team for employees to come to with any and all questions
- Process ongoing employee data changes in HRIS and other people systems to ensure our people data is always top notch
- Provide additional support to the People Operations and Employee Experience teams in areas such as benefits, immigration, leaves of absence, company surveys and performance reviews
- Assist with people team compliance standards and practices
- Support people data reporting and analytics
What does it take to succeed?
- Strong customer service mindset to support our amazing remote team
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem solver and a highly organized task master
- Willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed across the people team
- Experience working with Paylocity or equivalent HRIS system
- A collaborative and flexible style, with a passion for change and continuous improvement
- Experience in high growth startup environment
- 2+ years HR generalist experience preferred. If you do not have prior HR experience, experience in the social sciences or in operations/project management roles is required
