Are you passionate about paid digital media strategy and its importance in the mix alongside earned and owned media? We’re hiring! Come work for Yesler as a Paid Content Strategist, where you will oversee the development and execution of our client’s comprehensive paid social and content B2B strategy initiatives. This role will work with our team to develop paid content marketing strategies by outlining the necessary techniques and tools to execute successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive paid strategy for content marketing that defines what techniques and tools will be applied to increase visibility and drive traffic for clients within Yesler’s client portfolio
• Lead the development of organization-wide standards, policies and rules of engagement for the application of paid to content
• Define key performance indicators and assist analytics teams to deploy enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success of paid content strategies
• Ability to review metrics from analytic dashboards and report insights and recommendations based on trends, traffic, conversions, and overall performance; Interact and meet with clients regarding performance, insights and recommendations as it relates to their paid content investment
• Work closely with our SEO, SEM and Content Strategists to recommend tactics that will affect traffic and conversions for our clients
• Develop or partner with copywriters to develop, edit, and optimize headlines and copy on a weekly basis.
• Promote content and various content assets for the purpose of content marketing, increasing user engagement across a variety of channels
• Provide training and support to clients and internal account teams on best-practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for content amplification
• Work with our Content Strategist to help identify and execute ways to align and drive content distribution/amplification with a client’s business goals in concert with an overall marketing campaign

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of strong partner (Outbrain, Taboola) and client service relationships
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Appetite for working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to apply marketing research, development tools and methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely
• 2-5 years’ experience managing paid strategy for content marketing and or/digital programs, preferably within an agency environment
