Rainforest combines a massive crowd of human testers with algorithmic management and VMs to execute web and mobile regression testing for continuous deployment. What you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot problems in our VMs whilst working closely with our customer and crowdsourcing support teams
  • Package new versions of popular browsers and associated software to run on our VMs
  • Improving our VMs to deliver the best possible user experience
  • Work within our distributed engineering team, whilst remaining independent

What we’re looking for

  • Windows system administration experience
  • Scripting/programming skills
  • Good communications skills especially for a non-technical audience
  • Experience of administering VMs as cattle rather than pets

Bonus points for:

  • Located in UTC-05:00 or willing to work those hours so you can work with your teammates in Europe, North America, and South America
  • Knowledge about Microsoft licensing
  • Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Configuration management
  • Mac OSX/Linux administration experience
