An award-winning boutique digital marketing agency is seeking a content superstar, genius power pitcher, relationship-builder, CRM and Ad strategist, results driven SEO implementer, social media expert, and trend spotter.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for the right individual with at least 5+ years experience as a project manager or in the marketing industry. You would be working directly with the director of operations, client and team to generate impactful campaigns, strategy and results.

This is a part-time job leading to a full-time opportunity with for the right fit.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for client and team
  • Coordinate internal distribution of updates, successes and testimonials
  • Oversee job assignments to ensure work is accurate, well branded and on point
  • Research potential partnership opportunities and content topics
  • Listen to client feedback and adjust accordingly
  • Build solid, trustworthy relationship with client
  • Create job assignments in project management platform
  • Create story ideas and marketing strategies in a variety of industries
  • Create weekly agenda, capture notes and assign team tasks
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing and social media content
  • Research and develop expert level content variations
  • Aggregate analytics, metrics and insights to adjust strategy based on findings
  • Relay progress to clients and communicate strategic and tactical changes to clients utilizing data
  • Communicate strategy and implementation techniques to client in a way that the client feels heard and supported
  • Oversee projects, develop timelines and lead team to complete projects with high quality and great results
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategy
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and effective advertising campaigns
  • Oversee and advise CRM strategy and social ad strategy
  • Research and develop expert level ad campaigns including leveraging the pixel, funnels and various ad types
  • Generate traffic and leads through campaigns
  • Create and maintain relationships with contacts and influencers
  • Deliver WOW results and communicate the successes in weekly meetings
  • Write and communicate a clear brand identity
  • Source images and content to share, provide suggestions/feedback on images needed from the client
  • Implement strategic promotions
  • Authentically respond to and engage with customers/prospects/influencers/contributors online in real time
  • Coordinate campaign details and scheduling details across platforms including tags, hashtags, text and images
  • Manage clientโ€™s budget in an error free manner
  • Implement CRM workflows, segmenting, messaging, and reporting
  • Ability to create clever and eye-catching fully branded designs for social, ad, and crm campaigns, as well as fully designed case studies, ebooks, and web layouts

Qualifications

  • BA degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager or in the marketing industry
  • Highly organized
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence skills
  • Excellent app skills (Asana and Slack)
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Team player
