Welcome to Rockbot. Our mission is to simply and reliably stream the right media to enhance the guest experience at any business. What started as an app to request our favorite songs at the bar has rapidly evolved into a robust and modular suite of media products including, Licensed Music, Digital Signage, Audio Messaging, and much more. Your job as a Rockbot Curator will work under the licensed music branch.

Rockbot was founded in 2010, with the backing of Google, Universal Music, and Dan Gilbert (owner of Quicken Loans and the Cleveland Cavalier’s).

Rockbot’s mission is to modernize and advance music for business, which we believe as an industry has been frozen in the past for far too long. As a technology company, we believe that our customers deserve a better, easier, and more economical solution to deliver great music to their locations and guests.

Overview

We are looking for assistance in the creation of playlists for Rockbot. We provide background music for a wide range of clients in an ever-expanding network. What we are seeking is a curator with a master knowledge of a specific genre, or genres who can work within Rockbot’s framework to deliver quality playlists of 400-500 songs that fit the desired need. Ideally, this curator has a history of success working within the assigned genre and can provide timely updates to the playlist(s) when necessary. Desired Experience

  • 1-3 Years of Playlist curation, or relevant music management experience.
  • Knowledge of Latin, world, and/or spa music preferred.
