Mindojo is developing the world’s first self-evolving, adaptive online learning platform, already used in premium online courses by such companies as Bloomberg and The Economist.

You’ll be joining a diverse team of talented, creative people at Mindojo, driven by their desire to revolutionize the education market. You’ll be driving the growth and marketing activities of upcoming Mindojo-branded courses and some existing partner-branded products, e.g. Bloomberg’s new exam prep products (check out http://www.bloombergprep.com/).  You’ll be the hub of all marketing activities.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You speak data. A/B split testing, cohort analysis, statistical significance thrill you. Excel is your secret passion. You wield your knowledge to optimise conversion rates, increase ROI and prioritise projects to achieve business success….in short, you drive exponential growth.
  • You see the next actionable step rather being stuck in moment–you naturally work in an agile way.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English. If not a wordsmith, you’re naturally attracted to those who elicit an emotional response from the simplest phrases.
  • You enjoy serious collaboration and actively communicate your activities and schedules with your coworkers and CEO.
  • You know what you know and what you don’t–adeptly managing consultants, UX/UI designers and other specialists to deliver superior results.
  • You see change as opportunity and run toward it–the idea of changing the traditional education model makes you want to read on.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Your range of duties for this role is wide and will include:

  • Directing the development of new marketing websites and landing pages
  • Ongoing optimization of marketing messages, designs, pricing and packages via A/B/N / MVT
  • PPC and email campaigns
  • Social media campaigns
  • Affiliate programs
  • Measurement, tracking and reporting/website analytics
  • Hiring and directing outside agencies/consultants for activities that are large and/or complex enough as to require extreme specialization.
