The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced remote stock and options traders who operate with discipline and treat trading as a business.
You will trade your own strategy in U.S. equities and listed options markets while operating within clearly defined firm risk parameters.
When performance is consistent, capital scales.

Responsibilities
* Execute your own equities and/or options trading strategy
* Manage trades within structured risk guidelines
* Maintain disciplined trade tracking and performance review
* Operate with professional consistency
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of live stock or options trading experience, or a strong desire to learn
* Strong understanding of risk management and position sizing
* Experience trading listed equity options preferred
* Documented performance tracking
* Independent decision-making ability
