What You’ll Do
– Trade forex and/or cryptocurrency markets
– Execute your own strategy within defined risk parameters
– Manage trades with disciplined position sizing
– Track and improve performance consistency
– Operate independently within a structured capital framework

Compensation & Capital Structure
– Initial firm capital allocation
– 60–90% profit split
– Your first $4,000 in firm profits is paid out to you
– Performance-based capital increases
– No salary cap — compensation tied directly to results
