Overview

We’re seeking a disciplined and process-oriented Marketing Operations Manager who ideally has a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity. We are looking for someone to be responsible for utilizing various marketing technology platforms to align operations, processes, and data structures across Marketing and Sales. The ideal candidate is a technically savvy and data-driven individual who will own the marketing infrastructure, metrics, and reporting to measure overall business impact. You’ll collaborate with other functions within InVision, including the Automation, Events, Content, Data, Engineering, and Website teams, and work extremely closely with the Sales team.

What you’ll do:

  • Will be involved in end-to-end lead funnel, including implementation, lead distribution, lead follow up processes, documentation, training and measurement
  • Use automation to solve business problems, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes/systems, and optimize workflows to increase marketing and sales productivity
  • Take ownership of data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation and analysis, data augmentation from 3rd party tools and online sources, and flow of leads between HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Assist with evolving the marketing tech stack through administering current technologies and researching and implementing new ones, ensuring our systems can support business requirements at scale
  • Actively strengthen relationship between Sales and Marketing by being a main point of contact for feedback on processes and leads
  • Manage lead scoring model and all related processes in marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Monitor the performance of the demand generation funnel, plan versus actual and against industry benchmarks.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on marketing business metrics to Marketing and Sales leadership teams
  • Work directly with campaign teams to develop, track and communicate success metrics on marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

Key attributes:

  • Power user of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, with strong experience in Salesforce including workflows, assignment rules, process builder, and formulas
  • 2-3 years experience in Marketing Operations role preferred
  • Methodical and data-oriented with a strong desire to test, learn, and iterate
  • Detail-oriented and accurate; enjoys problem solving and being challenged
  • Works well independently
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Works well under deadlines, with the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly
  • Team player with a great sense of humor
