Position Overview:
Bulletproof Training Institute (BTI) is looking for a health conscious, highly motivated part-time Marketing Coordinator. BTI is the coach training and personal development events division of Bulletproof 360, a high-performance team of entrepreneurs and bio-hackers dedicated to helping people radically improve their lives. While our culture is casual and our schedules flexible, everyone on the team is smart, focused and driven. We’re passionate about our own bio-hacking, achieving impressive individual results and sharing actionable, accurate, science-backed information that changes people’s lives every day.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the BTI team. You will be responsible for helping to develop and implement an integrated data-driven marketing and student recruitment strategy.

The Marketing Coordinator role is a 6-month part-time temporary role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under supervision and mentorship, implementing the sales and marketing plan for BTI.
- Creating and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional online webinars.
- Planning promotional e-mail sends to the Bulletproof email list and liaising with the Bulletproof digital marketing team.
- Oversee and manage the BTI affiliate programs
- Develop and manage pay-per-click google advertising campaigns.
- Planning and attending coach training workshops and personal development events
- Identifying, and developing partnerships with synergistic organizations and affiliate partners.
- Develop and execute strategies that improve website conversions, new student acquisitions, and existing customer lifetime value.
- Attending events to promote BTI and our courses/events.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online and e-mail marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Managing the Bulletproof Training institute website and Facebook groups.
- Supervise social media outreach. Set up and actively manage content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail.
- Driving traffic to websites using a variety of methods.
- Executing a wide range of administrative projects for the Bulletproof Training Institute team including organizing and coordinating workshops and events, planning team meetings, booking travel, and helping manage content and coach training related projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree desired.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or business.
- A coaching qualification is a strong preference.
- Previous experience with training and student enrollment an advantage, but not necessary.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- You have a strong attention to detail and are meticulous with presentation and communication.
- You have excellent written, oral, and team communication skills. You thrive on collaboration and are able to manage extremely complex systems with grace and gratitude.
- You are proficient in writing reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- You can effectively present information and respond to questions from students and potential customers.
