The Campaign Operations Manager is responsible for campaign operations and integrated campaign efforts that impact revenue across our self-serve and enterprise businesses. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Ops and Automation.

Highlights:

  • Develop and communicate an integrated campaign calendar across marketing and sales. In Marketing, partner with Content, Product Marketing, Design Education, and Events to ensure integration with revenue business goals and existing campaign plans.
  • Align with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure success with lead follow-up and campaign goals. Keep an eye on lead quality and follow-up within SLA. Partner with sales points of contact, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to ensure all tagging and tracking is in place prior to campaign launch
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement/Productivity on training for new revenue generating campaigns. Create sales FAQ cards for each campaign / launch that impacts them.
  • Define the target account list for every event and online campaign we do, so that marketing efforts are focused on the customers that the sales teams want to engage with the most.
  • Advise Director of Customer Acquisition and Sr. Ent Marketing Manager on campaign targeting opportunities.
  • Help with post-campaign reporting as needed
  • Work with online marketing to coordinate campaign requests across different marketing functions.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • For all campaigns, ensure appropriate campaign tracking, create documentation, train XDR team on how to use the content. Ensure alignment with other areas of marketing on timing, content, and brand.
  • Logistics for webinars to support Sr. Enterprise Marketing Manager, including setting up project management tasks, creating GoToWebinar page and landing page, creating segmentation lists, ensuring SFDC tracking and email set-up is complete, training Sales.
  • Optimizing on-demand webinars to improve the experience to engage viewers more by working with Website Product Manager, content, and web dev teams.
  • Strategize and create email database campaigns e.g. upgrade to Enterprise, re-engagement tracks, working closely with Marketing Automation Manager.
  • Coordination for Online Campaigns, through ensuring tracking is in place, campaign is communicated to all stakeholders, all pieces are delivered on time and accurately.
