Formstack, the most flexible and powerful form building application, is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to add to the Marketing team.

The Job:

As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be part of a team that focuses on growth within the marketing team. You will take broad ideas for email marketing campaigns and break them down into parts to get them accomplished in an efficient and strategic way. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the leads that come to Formstack and how to market to, nurture and pass those leads forward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the Pardot power user for the marketing team and builds segmented email campaigns for strategic audiences
  • Optimize emails for deliverability, open & click rates, conversion etc.
  • Report on results of email campaigns and recommend tests to optimize based on data insights
  • Monitor and analyze lead behavior to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, define the buyer’s journey and continually refine the process to convert
  • Plan, test, maintain and evolve multiple complex nurture based marketing campaigns
  • Work with content and design to develop engaging and high performing email content
  • Manage our lead nurturing programs and work with sales & product marketing to assist in bringing leads from collection to sale
  • Support Marketing Operations with improvements for lead management processes, such as lead hand-off to sales, scoring, segmentation, data quality, and list hygiene
  • Send timely, important communication to our customer base regarding product enhancements and promotions to drive customer engagement and upgrades

How You Qualify:

  • ​3+ years of marketing experience with at least 1 year experience in an email marketing role
  • Previous experience with Pardot or other similar marketing automation platforms
  • Detail oriented with the ability to think through complex processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
  • Excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing goals and metrics
