Projectline is seeking a contract Marketing Automation Manager in the UK to help our technology clients with strategic and marketing programs. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key part of one of the biggest technology companies in the world. You will enable our client to deliver stronger, and more predictable, return on marketing investment by delivering flawless execution of global campaigns. We seek an experienced professional, who has demonstrated a knack for strong execution as well as the ability to drive business efforts in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to determine programs needs and consults on best approaches
  • Communicate clearly with client marketing teams, external vendors, and channel partners
  • Act as a lead contract for data entry and campaign setup & tracking, through the existing internal systems and develop comprehensive knowledge about these tools and reporting associated with them
  • Project and program management on client projects- establish project goals, milestones, and procedures, manage communication cycles, oversee successful project delivery of client needs
  • Ability to manage customer marketing projects, communities, and reference programs
  • Plan and implement trigger-based nurturing programs in collaboration with regional marketing that target all stages of prospect development, from new prospects to engagement to closed opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms
  • Ensure required data is captured at all customer touch points
  • Be an active member of our internal business development team and contribute to conversation on UK and EMEA business development materials and tools

Role Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of high-tech communications, product management, or marketing consulting preferred
  • 2-4 years of client service experience ( marketing, advertising, consulting, research agency side work) preferred
  • Minimum requirement Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent) with a focus in marketing, business, technology, communications, or equiv. Postgraduate/Master’s degree preferred
  • Advanced interpersonal, written communication, and public speaking skills (will be asked to demonstrate)
  • Rigorous attention to detail- will be managing projects that have tight deadlines, limited resources and cross-functional dependencies
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals including segmentation, positioning, and marketing analysis
  • Self-started: proven history of quickly adding value on projects
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (or equivalent classes before starting)
