Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Sales Team to drive revenue growth through the sale of Upper Hand Software. As a valued member of the sales team, you will be a marketing analyst who drives new lead generation, calls on new leads, qualifies opportunities, and schedules one-to-one online demos to win new business. In addition to being on the front-lines of selling, you will work with our entire sales and marketing team on lead generation strategy, follow up when needed, and other sales responsibilities. We are not the dime-a-dozen-e-commerce app. We are working to bring a unified back-office and front-office solution to the highly fragmented sports software industry. The Sales & Marketing team is integral in that mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead gen, qualify and prospect for potential new customers
- Cold call leads to schedule online demonstrations
- Schedule online demonstrations and close new business
- Work alongside other Sales Team members to consistently improve processes to drive up sales activity conversion rates
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities using our CRM database
Minimal Qualifications
- Passion for sports, technology and people
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a competitive drive and desire to win
- Basic understanding for sales processes and metrics
- Current progress toward bachelor’s degree
- Extremely organized
- Interest in full-time work post college graduation
