We’re seeking an Integration Specialist to manage end-to-end digital product support for our Alta, Knewton’s adaptive learning courseware for Higher Education. As our platform continues to experience a huge increase in traffic, we need your help to make this successful. Specifically, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of Alta across our user’s various learning environments. You’ll partner with teams across the company to transform education and ensure that our customers have a positive and flawless experience using our products.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Knewton’s digital product offerings, with a focus on LMS integration, to serve as a trusted partner between customers and internal Sales teams
  • Deliver customized and effective end-to-end support in pre and post sale integration of our adaptive learning courseware products at core accounts for a highly positive customer experience
  • Provide exceptional technical integration support through customer-facing trainings, high-profile presentations, documentation and videos
  • Be the expert on triaging our highest priority customers to ensure they have the best experience possible with Knewton and Alta
  • Create and execute on broader LMS integration strategy, informing the product roadmap
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and scalability of integration strategy by conducting presentations, providing virtual and in-person product trainings, and creating comprehensive documentation for our internal support team

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years’ Higher Ed experience in customer-facing LMS technology and technical support roles
  • Experience launching and managing integrated LMS implementation strategies and initiatives geared towards improving process efficiency and a positive customer experience
  • High level of familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies (i.e. Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, etc.)
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for engaging with end-users, providing exceptional technical integration support and driving high levels of customer satisfaction across users
  • Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time
  • Prior experience in conducting digital product trainings, preferably in Higher Education
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to all client interactions
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply subject matter taught in training
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining calm in a high-energy and constantly evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
