Overview

At AI Digital, we are a global team of more than 650 people across 41 countries, working at the intersection of media, data, and technology. We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to join our Finance and Security team and help keep our systems, data, and people safe as we grow.

What you will do

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities across our systems and networks.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing coordination.
  • Manage and maintain security tools, including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
  • Partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to embed security into new systems, products, and processes.
  • Lead security awareness training and promote a culture of security across the organization.
  • Investigate incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with incident response and risk management.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
