Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive (Remote) to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry
  • Correct and report data inconsistencies or errors
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry (digital or scanned)
  • Generate simple reports as needed
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data cleanup and file organization
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify information or resolve discrepancies
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or admin training is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
