Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive (Remote) to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry
- Correct and report data inconsistencies or errors
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry (digital or scanned)
- Generate simple reports as needed
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data cleanup and file organization
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify information or resolve discrepancies
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or admin training is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
