We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Human Resources team as the HR Business Partner supporting our Customer Service and other Corporate Operations teams based in Seattle.

HR Business Partners at Amazon are versatile professionals exhibiting both operational excellence and ability to think strategically and influence direction of our people and organization strategies. As the corporate teams are highly global, you will be required to partner across an HR matrix to execute end-to-end HR solutions and services. In this capacity, you will provide a broad range of support in employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development and organizational communication to name a few.

In addition to responsibilities directly working with the corporate teams, the HR Business Partner will be an active member of the global Customer Service HR network and WW Operations HR team, driving and supporting cross-group initiatives with team members in the U.S., Costa Rica, India, Europe, South Africa, and Asia. You will need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 3-5
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
  • Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
  • Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies
