As a key member of the People Development team, you’ll work in partnership with the Director of Employee Engagement to create an environment for our folks to thrive. You’ll work closely with managers and employees as a trusted collaborator and advisor the areas of engagement, performance management, culture and leadership- and anything else that comes our way.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Up-level organizational talent through proactive coaching in hiring and performance management. Proactively coach managers on addressing performance issues and managing underperformers.
  • Own and administer engagement survey, compliance training; and lead the rollout and execution of regular performance reviews and continuous feedback
  • Be willing to pitch in wherever help is needed on the People Dev team
  • Cultivate e-Learning content, training material and quick reference guides, through Linkedin Learning for People Development.
  • Effectively manage projects; sticks to project schedules and communicates progress with team members throughout the development lifecycle using design principles.
  • Provide strategic and tactical HR support to assigned business units.
  • Hone your craft in HR/ER
