Overview

The Fundraising Email Associate supports the Fundraising Email manager to provide organization and creative development for WMFโ€™s email fundraising program. Email is a rapidly growing source of donation revenue for the foundation, so this role is crucial in making sure email list management and A/B testing runs smoothly, day-to-day, while sending to over 20 countries each year.

An ideal candidate has experience writing or coding bulk emails, thrives on A/B test results, and brings new ideas on how we can scale up our email program so our donors stay engaged. Typical tasks include coding or QAing regular email sends, data entry and analysis of email performance stats, developing new test ideas, and constant proactive support to the fundraising creative team. Theย FEAย will also jump in to help with other creative projects and problems when needed — and love it.

Our team is widely distributed, so remote work and experience with remote teams is welcome.

  • Create reports for fundraising & other teams to easily visualize the workings of the email program
  • Jump in temporarily to help with existing projects when gaps arise, or to support new projects that may come up

Weโ€™d like you to have these skills:
