We are Niche, a division of Twitter. We are network of leading social media creators. Thousands of influential creators join Niche to analyze their audience, grow a community and partner with top brands. Niche is seeking an experienced software engineer to work on our growing platform.
Good news, the role can be in San Francisco, New York or Remote.
Who You Are:
- You build compelling new experiences and features for Niche on the Web
- You give to all layers of the Niche stack, from our React front-end to our rails SOA backend
- You will assist with tools, testing, and scripts that improve efficiency and code quality
- You will commit to the improvement of Niche as a whole, beyond just the web
- Communicate and coordinate efforts with remote eng teams and business partners
- Actively participate in code reviews and design documentation planning
Skills & Requirements
- You have a minimum 6 years of Software Engineer Experience
- Excellent skills in Rails (or another MVC framework in JavaScript, Java/Scala or .NET)
- Solid computer science fundamentals (S.O.L.I.D. principles)
- A healthy balance between moving fast and being careful
- Passion for delivering the best user experience possible
