Job description

Helps the CEO save time and stay organized by performing personal & work related tasks. The ideal candidate will be provide a high level of support, move quickly and efficiently, and be able to predict needs.

Work performed

  1. Researches, plans and books travel & entertainment.
  2. Books & schedules appointments.
  3. Ensures personal bills are paid. Helps with buying & distributing gifts.
  4. Helps with shopping off & online.
  5. Makes sure annual healthcare schedule is maintained.
  6. Assists coworkers & friends as requested.
  7. Completes other assignments as requested.

Requirements

  1. Comfortable using/learning Asana.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Available most hours.
